HOURS OF OPERATION: WED 10AM - 6PM, THURS 11AM - 8PM, FRI 10AM - 6PM, SAT 9:30AM - 5:30PM

CARD ON FILE: You will be asked at the time of booking for a credit card to be held on file.
FORM OF PAYMENT: Card on file, debit/credit, Cash or Zelle - *All debit/credit card transaction fees are 2.59 % and will be added to the service total. If paying Cash or Zelle there are no service fees added to your service total*
GIFT CARDS: Are available for purchase on the last category on my booking page. Gift cards are non refundable.
DEPOSITS: *Required for all services* You will be charged at the time of booking, and this will be credited towards your total. Deposits are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING : You may reschedule prior to 72 hrs (3 days) of your scheduled appointment by reaching out via text/email/call ONLY. If you know you will be late to your scheduled appointment time please reach out via phone call/text/email.
*Grace Period - 15 minutes after appointment time only, if you arrive after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. A new deposit will be needed before being able to reschedule a new appointment.
CANCELING : If you do not reach out via text/email/phone call to cancel your appointment within the 72 hour period (3 days before your scheduled appointment) and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will result in full payment and charged with the card on file for the scheduled service(s), you will be considered a “No Show”, and you will be banned from booking.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent via email and text 72 hours (3 days) in advance of appointments to the contact information given at time of booking.
To avoid a cancellation fee of 100%, you must cancel your appointment within the 72 hour mark (3 day period) from your scheduled appointment time.
*Please do not DM to cancel / change your appointment , our only source of cancelling or changing your appointment will be via email/text/phone call only.
HOW TO PREP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: If you made an appointment for a cut, please come detangled to your best ability - the consultation before the cut will include a thorough hair and scalp analysis *Consultation required for new color clients book your in person or virtual consultation under 'New Client Color' service tab* If you made a color appointment after our virtual or in-person consultation, please come detangled to your best ability and with clarified clean hair, followed by a daily conditioner to detangle. After rinsing, to remain detangled if needed - add light leave in conditioning spray or light leave in cream to keep hair detangled. Recommended clarifying shampoo: K18 Detox shampoo or AG Care Renew Shampoo Recommended conditioner/ leave in/ detangling spray: AG Care Fast food cream leave-in or Innersense Sweet Spirit spray leave-in HAIR
